Our dough, made with brewer’s yeast and dried sourdough starter, rests for about 72 hours. This long process guarantees a digestible pizza, with a crispy crust and soft inside, true to Neapolitan tradition.
Every pizza is carefully crafted by master pizzaiolo Vito Scavo, with us for over 10 years.

San Marzano La Carmela® tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella and Apulian burrata, Calabrian ‘Nduja from Spilinga, stracciatella from Andria, dried tomatoes, anchovy sauce, Petra® and 5 Stagioni® flour.
